For every client that asks, "Does my agent have my best interests at heart?" we can only respond by asking ourselves, "Have we truly provided all information our client requires?" The process of learning what is personally right for each of our clients - and fulfilling it - requires time, patience, diligence and foresight, and it is what we do best.
Knowledge and experience
Our shared up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and legislation that constantly challenges the assumption of both buyers and sellers, comes not only from our never-ending education and our relationship with some of the best real estate attorneys, but also from our everyday experience as managers of our own properties.
Choosing the right financing
Representing Buyers and Sellers we have orchestrated a wide range of complex financial transactions, including seller financing and Tenancy-In-Common financing. Our experience in San Francisco Bay Area includes sales and purchases of single family homes, condominiums, Tenancy-In-Common units, Ellis Acted Buildings, Probate sales, Investment properties, Business sales, Vacant land sales.
Exceptional service to our clients
We work with the team of highly skilled professionals - attorneys, contractors, property inspectors, CPAs.
We provide an exceptional service to our clients - Buyers and Sellers - on every stage of the transaction.
"As real estate partners and agents we will share our knowledge and experience to insure that our clients can make intelligent, informed decisions for themselves - decisions they will trust."

Andrei Reprintsev
Born behind the Iron Curtain in the height of the Cold War, raised in the military schools to become a career naval officer, Andrei had it all going. Lieutenant-Commander at 26, on his way to become one of the youngest commanding officers in the mighty Soviet Navy, it came to sudden halt after the collapse of the USSR and ensuing turmoil. After a short imprisonment on fabricated treason charges at Odessa Navy Brig, he was forced to seek refuge in the United States. As the story with many post-Soviet émigrés, he just tried to survive at first, then rebuild...
Now, some years later, he finds himself successfully combining two careers as a real estate agent and a computer whiz. Being a true Libra, his strongest suit has always been negotiation skill. Yet, he will not look for an easy out when there is a danger of compromising his core values, honesty and compassion. He delights in strong union with his partner of 5 years, Leo Solodukha, as well as in companionship of the chubby feline named Simon.
