We will introduce you to different San Francisco and Bay Area neighborhoods and property types.
As your representative in offer presentations, we will make a compelling case that highlights your strengths as a Buyer.
During the transaction process we will pay close attention to the coordinated efforts between the mortgage broker, insurance agent and Title Company.
We will recommend you the best professionals for all services you might need during the transaction, such as mortgage brokers, insurance agents, real estate attorneys, property inspection services, contractors, moving companies and others.
We will make sure that you thoroughly understand all the details of the contract forms and disclosure package. This is especially important for first-time buyers who are not familiar with the forms, as well as for the investment property buyers.
If you are planning to let seller stay in the house after sale (commonly known as "rent back"), we will explain to you the procedure and complete all the necessary paperwork to protect you as a buyer.
If you are relocating from a different area, we will do everything possible to make this process less stressful for you and provide you with all information by phone or email. We will monitor market conditions and send you digital pictures of all properties that may be of interest to you. When you visit San Francisco, we will prepare a convenient property viewing schedule.
