My General Philosophy: I believe all things are possible. My general philosophy is that I am here as a resource for you, as the informed and experienced instrument through which you complete your purchase or sale. I am here to listen to you, to understand what you need, and to apply my own considerable expertise, energy and enthusiasm to making that happen. I'm a straight shooter and I tell the truth. I don't expect you to know what to do; that's my job. I educate you and present your options for every step of the process, but I don't hesitate to voice my opinion of the best course of action. That's what I'm paid for, and that's why I have such a good track record.
