But it's also perfectly fine for you to visit homes on the Broker's Tour, and it gives you a great jump start on new listings. You just show up at the designated time, tell the hosting agent that Holly Rose sent you, and they will invite you to take a look around. The Thursday Broker's Tour includes properties from North Oakland through Berkeley, Albany, Kensington, El Cerrito and Richmond. Properties North of University Avenue are generally open 10:00 to 12:00, and properties South of University are generally open 11:00 to 1:00. Every Wednesday I post the Thursday Tour here, and you are welcome to view, download or print it as needed.
