Project Manager Our Project Managers take a team leader approach in building or renovating many of the most beautiful estates in Northern California. As Project Manager, you will bridge the gap between the office and job-site to ensure that our team completes the project on schedule and within budget. Managing a project from conception to completion requires a number of critical tasks such as estimating, project setup, budgeting, scheduling, construction process management, execution of change orders and post-project and job records management. You will be using Microsoft Project, Word and Excel to manage this process. Construction Superintendent Our Superintendents provide direction and leadership to the Foreman as they manage the on-site construction of technically challenging custom built structures. As a Paragon Superintendent, you will be on the cutting edge of the construction industry with the application of new methodologies such as green and sustainable building practices. This position works closely with the Project Manager on estimating, project set up, budgeting, scheduling, subcontracts including defining their scope of work, execution of change orders and post-project management. You will be using Microsoft Project, Word and Excel to carry out your job. Project Coordinator Our Project Coordinators are a key player in the success of our projects, as they work closely with the Project Manager to oversee the administration of the project. As a Project Coordinator, you will manage the flow of critical paperwork that lowers the financial risk for the client as well as Paragon. These tasks include budgeting, project status updates, billings, subcontract administration, material ordering and document management. You will be using Microsoft Project, Word and Excel to administer these tasks. Project Foreman Our Project Foreman lead the on-site crew and work with the Superintendents to provide project oversight and building knowledge that is applicable to the specific plans and specs. As a Project Foreman, you will be supervising the crew and making sure the quality of the craftsmanship meets Paragon's high standards, as well as scheduling subcontractors to keep the project on track. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring the safety of the crew with the use of appropriate equipment and materials. Skilled Craftsman We value the talent and skills of craftsmen and offer jobs to experienced individuals as well as unskilled workers who are seeking a position where they can learn carpentry while earning a wage. The responsibilities of the craftsman will vary based on an individual's experience and career goals. |
